The brief
This single-dwelling NDIS home in Geelong is thoughtfully planned to support long-term accessibility, comfort, and safety. The 180m² residence applies modular design principles to achieve efficient delivery while meeting the specific functional needs of NDIS participants.
Leveraging offsite fabrication, the project ensures consistent construction quality and reduces onsite disruption within an established neighbourhood. The design balances practical spatial planning with a warm residential character, creating a home that enhances everyday living.
Completion was achieved in 2025, with the project demonstrating how modular construction can play a meaningful role in delivering high-quality, future-focused housing for Australia’s disability sector.
