Located in the unique terrain of Nyingchi, Tibet, this 480m² boutique tent-style camp was delivered using modular technology to navigate logistical challenges in a remote region. Each module was engineered for transport efficiency, structural stability, and  optimal performance in extreme climates.

This 1,692m² administration building for Xizhong Experimental Primary School adopts a permanent volumetric modular system designed to meet stringent educational facility requirements. The project was completed within just 90 days, significantly reducing construction disturbance on an active school campus.

By manufacturing modules offsite, the project achieved consistent quality control, safer construction conditions, and precise alignment with the school’s operational needs. The final building provides modern offices, meeting spaces, and student-support facilities within a clean and efficient layout.

The project demonstrates how modular construction can effectively support fast-growing K12 environments where speed, safety, and continuity of teaching activities are critical.

This 15,000m² extension to Xicheng Primary School was designed to accommodate growing student numbers through an efficient and scalable modular system. The volumetric approach allowed classrooms and supporting facilities to be added with minimal disruption to ongoing school operations.

Offsite manufacturing ensured consistent quality and accelerated project delivery, enabling the extension to be completed in 2022 under a tight schedule. The new spaces promote natural light, healthy airflow, and flexible teaching layouts aligned with contemporary educational standards.
