Primestack is proud to announce the successful delivery of our purpose-built NDIS single-dwelling home in Geelong, Victoria, completed in 2025. Designed with a strong focus on accessibility, comfort, and long-term usability, the project demonstrates how modular construction can support high-quality, future-ready housing outcomes within established residential communities.

The 180m² residence applies modular design principles to streamline delivery while responding carefully to the functional needs of NDIS participants. Offsite fabrication ensures consistent construction quality and reduced onsite disruption, enabling the home to integrate smoothly into its surrounding neighbourhood. Spatial planning prioritises ease of movement, safety, and everyday comfort, while maintaining a warm and domestic architectural character.

This project reflects Primestack’s ongoing commitment to supporting Australia’s growing demand for specialist disability accommodation through efficient, well-considered modular solutions. By combining thoughtful design, precision manufacturing, and integrated project management, the Geelong NDIS Housing project highlights the role modular construction can play in delivering socially meaningful infrastructure at scale.
